What are Fine Motor Skills?

Fine motor skills are the ability to make controlled movements using the small muscles in your hands and wrists. They are small, but precise and complex movements that involve coordinated efforts of the brain and muscles.

Therapy Busy Box contains activities that address fine motor function and hand strengthening as well as problem solving, range of motion, bilateral hand coordination, sensory processing, visual perception, and much, much more!
